Palvelunestohyökkäys vaikuttaa palveluiden toimintaan

Palveluissamme on tänä iltana havaittu laaja häiriö, joka vaikuttaa kaikkiin tarjoamiimme palveluihin.

Häiriön syyksi on varmistunut palvelinsaliin kohdistuva palvelunestohyökkäys (DDoS), jossa verkkoa ylikuormitetaan poikkeuksellisen suurella määrällä haitallista liikennettä. Hyökkäyksen seurauksena osassa palveluista esiintyy katkoja tai ne eivät ole tällä hetkellä lainkaan saavutettavissa.

Vaikutukset koskevat:

- kaikkia webhotellipalveluita
- sähköpostipalveluita
- virtuaalipalvelimia
- osaa DNS-palvelimista
- asiakasportaaliamme
- pääsivustoamme

Hyökkäyksellä ole vaikutusta asiakastietojen tai palvelimilla sijaitsevan datan turvallisuuteen. Palvelunestohyökkäyksen tarkoituksena on estää palveluiden normaali toiminta kuormittamalla verkkoa, ei päästä käsiksi tietoihin.

Selvitämme tilannetta parhaillaan yhteistyössä konesalin verkko-operaattorin kanssa ja teemme jatkuvasti toimenpiteitä hyökkäyksen torjumiseksi sekä palveluiden normaalin toiminnan palauttamiseksi.

Tällä hetkellä emme valitettavasti pysty antamaan tarkkaa arviota häiriön kestosta. Tiedotamme tilanteen etenemisestä heti, kun saamme lisätietoja.

This evening, we detected a major service disruption affecting all of our hosting services.

The cause of the disruption has been confirmed as a Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attack targeting the data center. In this type of attack, the network is overloaded with an exceptionally large volume of malicious traffic. As a result, some services are experiencing interruptions or are currently inaccessible.

The impact includes:

- All web hosting services
- Email services
- Virtual servers
- Some DNS servers
- Our customer portal
- Our main website

This is not a data breach. The attack does not affect the security of customer information or any data stored on our servers. The purpose of a DDoS attack is to disrupt the normal operation of services by overwhelming the network — not to gain access to data.

We are actively investigating and mitigating the situation in close cooperation with the data center’s network operator. Continuous measures are being taken to block the attack and restore normal service operation as quickly as possible.

At this time, we unfortunately cannot provide an exact estimate for when services will be fully restored. We will continue to keep you informed as soon as new information becomes available.
